Cooking Instructions - General


Although extra care has been taken to remove bones, small bones may remain.

Before serving check that the food is piping hot throughout, if not cook further.

These are for guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to account for variations in storage conditions, oven performance (consult your appliance handbook) and the number of trays being heated.


Oven cook - From Frozen

CONVENTIONAL COOKING: For best results

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) or gas mark 6 (for fan assisted ovens adjust temperature/time accordingly).

2. Pierce film lid and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook for 20 minutes in the top half of the oven.

4. Peel back film lid, stir sauce and replace film lid.

5. Cook for a further 20 minutes.

6. Take out of the oven and stand for one minute.

7. Remove film lid and stir gently before serving.

Microwave - From Frozen


Pierce film lid before cooking.

750W or Category D, Cook on Full Power 3 minutes 30 seconds. Peel back film lid, stir sauce, replace film lid, Cook on Full Power 3 minutes 30 seconds, Stand for 1 minute, Stir gently before serving.

850W or Category E, Cook on Full Power 3 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir sauce, replace film lid, Cook on Full Power 3 minutes, Stand for 1 minute, Stir gently before serving.
