An agile approach to learning

We understand the importance of investing in our people, and have launched new and creative ways to share knowledge and sharpen our skills.

Learning Bitez are a good example of this - more than 60 short, practical, internally led sessions which cover a range of topics from 'coaching' to an 'introduction to can filling'. Already this year, over 600 Heinz people have benefited from Learning Bitez.

This agile approach sits alongside our more formal development opportunities and professional accreditations.
