Applying to Heinz

Your interview
If your application is successful we'll invite you for an
interview. If you're coming into our offices, our Company
dress code is business attire. Looking smart and presenting
yourself in a positive way will help you set the scene for your
interview. And now for some tips on the interview itself:
- Our interviews are competency based.
- Give specific answers as we want to know about particular
situations you've been in, actions you took and the results you
achieved.
- Remember that interviews are a two-way process and it's as much
about you deciding if you like us.
Our assessment centres
- For some roles we'll invite you to an assessment centre.
- It's a chance to show us your personal skills in a variety of
different role related exercises.
- We'll look for your strengths and your development areas.
- We'll give you all the information you need in plenty of time
to help you prepare and do your best on the day.
