The Recruitment Process

At Heinz, for our graduate and placement vacancies we work with Moloney Search, our great recruitment partners. When initially applying to Heinz, Moloney Search will be your first point of contact. They'll take you through the application process up to the point where we eventually meet up.

So what exactly does that recruitment process involve?

Well, it starts online with some initial questions and a CV upload. Because we know how important your first role is (and that you're probably applying to other organizations as well) we'll be quick to respond at this point if we don't think we're well matched.

Assuming you do meet our essential requirements, Moloney Search will be in touch to arrange a telephone chat. They'll ask you why you think you're right for Heinz and answer any questions you have about us.

The next step will be a face to face meeting. At this stage, we'll also ask you to do a couple of occupational tests to check out your numeracy and literacy skills. And of course we'll give you feedback on the results.

If all goes well, we'll then invite you along to one of our assessment centres in December. This is a great chance to show us what you could bring to the business. You'll also get a real feel for what it's like to work with us, hear from Senior Managers and our current graduates and how passionately we all feel about Heinz.
